About Tom Johnson

Executive-level cyber insight from someone who understands the attacker mindset.

Tom Johnson works at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity and governance, advising on systems that need to be useful, resilient and trusted under pressure. His background spans senior cyber architecture, offensive security, social engineering and hands-on AI engineering, giving him a rare ability to connect strategic risk with real-world attacker behaviour.

He has delivered keynotes, specialist briefings and technical training for audiences across government, policing, counter-terror, major technology events, higher education and private-sector security teams. His sessions are known for making complex threats understandable without diluting their seriousness.

Tom’s work focuses on orchestration, governance and human-in-the-loop control, particularly where AI changes the speed, scale and credibility of modern attacks. He regularly translates emerging risks such as deepfakes, synthetic identity, automated reconnaissance and AI-assisted persuasion into practical decisions leaders and teams can act on.
